Obviously the scope of work will dictate how long any home remodeling project takes to complete. Also, the Contractors’ work load will also dictate the time frame. Say for instance your job is one of 5 jobs the Contractor has going. Yours may not be his first priority, therefore your job will get less attention and take longer to complete. Roadrunner only performs one job at a time, so your job is always first priority. So, having said that, here are some general time frames it should take to complete a kitchen remodel if workers are there every day:
Countertop replacement – 3 working days
Minor kitchen remodeling (no cabinets, lighting or flooring) – 5-7 working days
Standard kitchen remodeling (all fixture replacement in same configuration) – 12-15 working days
Custom Kitchen remodeling (all fixture replacement with some changes to layout) – 30 working days
Custom Kitchen remodeling (all fixture replacement with major changes to layout) – 40 working days
So, with workers there every day, kitchen remodeling project can take anywhere from 3 – 40 working days. If it takes longer than that, your job is not a top priority.
