We were thrilled to hear from these repeat customers who live in the Scottsdale Mountain Community off of Shea Blvd. We had remodeled another bathroom for them 10 years ago and not only were they were thrilled with the results, they were also willing to wait the 8 months we were booked out on other projects. They knew that our high-quality work and attention to detail was worth waiting for.
This Scottsdale bathroom was a standard builder-grade bathroom that everyone in Arizona is familiar with – cultured marble countertops, tub, and that standard cheap white cultured marble surround in the bathtub/shower area. The homeowners were ready for something new that fits the aesthetics of their home. They were looking for a bright white contemporary style with some unique design features.
They replaced the pedestal sink with a beautiful free-standing vanity they ordered and we installed for them. We kept the tile flooring as-is so it continues to flow through the entire home. For the shower they chose contemporary white subway tile installed 9 feet tall in an interesting herringbone pattern. The 12″x4″ size subway tiles are very popular right now.
We replaced all of the old outdated lighting with LED lighting so the space is now bright and light. Other upgrades included a new larger-sized toilet and updated plumbing hardware throughout. This guest bathroom remodel packed a lot of beautiful design features in a small space.
